Holding Village is a 257-acre master planned development located in idyllic Wake Forest, North Carolina, approximately 18 miles northeast of Raleigh. The community is planned around the pristine 15-acre Holding Lake and at full build out will have up to 1,350 residential units, including single family homes, townhomes and multifamily units. Holding Village is patterned after a traditional neighborhood design complete with future quaint Village Center.
The first phase required significant restoration of the dam and lake. Homes in the first phase were built by Ashton Woods Homes, John Wieland Homes and Drees Homes and is sold out.
The current phase of Holding Village is actively selling homes. While Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers have already sold out, Garman Homes and Tri Pointe Homes still have homes and townhomes available.
