The initial phase of Rivington featured 300 single-family homes and townhomes built by Dream Finders Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, and M/I Homes. This phase is now fully sold out.

The newest phase features three collections of single-family homes by Lennar Homes, along with townhomes by Ryan Homes—including the brand-new Allegro townhome floor plan, available exclusively at Rivington.
